Roy has more than 25 years of experience in maintenance and reliability improvements assisting clients in various industries to improve their performance. He is a licensed Aladon reliability practitioners as well as a Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional by the US based SMRP. Additionally, he is also a Certified Asset Management Assessor for ISO 55001

Partner in Business and Operational Improvement with over 20 years of experience
in leading business and operational improvement implementation for mining and services companies, having deep knowledge in continuous improvement, Lean, TPM, operations excellence, and maintenance excellence management.
